Car Seats: North Carolina state law requires that all children who are under age 8 and under 80 pounds in a properly car seat or booster seat. If your child falls under this requirement, you are responsible for bringing a proper car or booster seat and for installation of that seat.

Liability:  AIM Tours and its tour partners are not responsible for accidents that occur while on tour.  By purchasing this tour, the tour participant assumes all risk.

Cancellations/Refunds:  AIM Tours requires 10 business days before your tour date in order to receive a full refund.  If your cancellations falls outside this parameter, we will make accommodations to move your tour date.  Please call our office at 704.938.7390 for all cancellations/refunds.
