Car Seats: North Carolina state law requires that all children who are under age 8 and under 80 pounds in a properly car seat or booster seat. If your child falls under this requirement, you are responsible for bringing a proper car or booster seat and for installation of that seat.

Liability: By purchasing ticket(s), you release, waive and discharge AIM Tours/Adventures in Motorsports, their employees and guides from liability of any and all claims. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM Tours/AIM and staff from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities brought as a result of my involvement on a tour. I hereby grant AIM permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on a tour without payment.

Cancellations/Refunds:  AIM Tours requires 10 business days before your tour date in order to receive a full refund.  If your cancellations falls outside this parameter, we will make accommodations to move your tour date.  Please call our office at 704.938.7390 for all cancellations/refunds.
